First Time Users will need to have the following information to register:
- First & Last Name OR Business Name **If there are multiple names on the account, both must be listed! (IE: John/ Jane)
- Account Number
- House or Building Number
To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your registered email address and click on Make A Payment.

NOTICE OF NEW RATES AND BILLING CHANGES-
The City of
Chehalis is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our vital water, sewer and
stormwater infrastructure. To ensure the continued reliability and service
quality, the City Council has approved rate increases for water, sewer, and
stormwater utilities effective April 1, 2025.
As a courtesy,
we want to inform you that your utility bill arriving around June 1st,
covering April's usage, will reflect these new rates. In addition to the rate
adjustment, the City Council has approved a transition from bi-monthly to
monthly billing. Beginning May 1, 2025, customers will receive bills on a
monthly basis.
Additionally, we are pleased to introduce paperless billing. Beginning
in May 2025, we will be offering a convenient and environmentally friendly
option for customers.
